This recruitment process is project-based oriented - it means that after receiving an offer from EndySoft, you will be assigned to work in one specific project for one of our Czech clients from IT sector.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and deep neural networks tailored to our clients' needs.
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
• Conducting thorough data analysis to derive actionable insights and develop accurate predictive models.
• Optimizing and fine-tuning AI algorithms to enhance performance and scalability.
• Integrating AI solutions seamlessly into our clients' existing systems and workflows.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed AI models, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and popular machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• English B1/B2
