In this case, we're looking for talented people who are capable of synthesizing all aspects of software creation, such as "regular" software development (especially backend solutions), DevOps engineering (setting up infrastructure using cloud solutions) and software architecture (ability of setting up software projects from scratch). In essence, we are looking for an "all round" person who has seen stuff and built stuff in software IT projects. We have such people on board, so we know more are out there!

What we expect:

• 8+ years of commercial experience in software engineering and architecture
• Strong experience in classical web programming with JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# (.NET Core)
• MUST HAVE: willingness to learn new technologies (programming languages & frameworks) - we are okay with not knowing everything, but we often need to learn new stuff, and do it fast!
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex web IT solutions
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with DevOps engineering, including setting up CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in creating cloud infrastructure using popular cloud solutions like GCP, AWS, or MS Azure
• Strong understanding of design and architectural patterns, architecture styles, and best practices
• Ability to develop comprehensive technical specifications, design documentation, and architecture
• Proficiency in source control repositories and workflows
• You can set up, launch, and support production solutions
• Strong problem-solving and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Comfort using English (at least B2 level) for daily communication - we work mainly with US-based clients
