Now we are looking for a Web Analyst to join the Traffic Team in the E-commerce department to help us better understand the web traffic dependencies in projects in 5 countries: Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland.

In your daily tasks, you will analyze traffic, performance and attribution in our traffic acquisition channels, concluding user behavior on our websites. You will work with the Team and other company departments communicating mainly in English.


Responsibilities:

  • Own data analysis: monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, conversion rates, user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to understand the efficiency of the website and marketing activities.
  • Competitor data analysis: analyze data on traffic sources of competitors' sites, flows between site sections, content leads and gaps, brand awareness metrics.
  • Marketing Campaign Analysis: assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, E-mail, Social media etc.) to measure effectiveness and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights to business stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making. 
  • User Experience Analysis: cooperation with UX specialists, evaluate and report on the usability of the website, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the user experience (UX) and increase customer satisfaction and conversion rates and help with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Technology and Tools Management: manage and configure analytics tools and technologies (a.o. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) to collect and report data accurately. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web analytics and e-commerce to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with Teams: work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and IT departments to align analytics with business goals, share insights, and recommend actions based on data analysis.
  • Privacy and Compliance: cooperation with the legal department, ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, and implementing best practices for data collection, storage, and processing.


Requirements:

  • a minimum of 3 years experience in web analytics in e-commerce,
  • very good knowledge of English (both verbal and written) at the level of min. B2 - mandatory,
  • strong proficiency in web analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Google BigQuery, Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics,
  • experience with data visualization tools: Google Looker Studio, Microsoft PowerBI and understanding of data analysis techniques,
  • working knowledge of SQL, Python and basics of JavaScript,
  • advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet applications,
  • ability to interpret data and provide clear, concise insights and recommendations,
  • excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and independence in assigned tasks.


Nice to have:

  • bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field,
  • experience with Ahrefs, Google Trends and SimilarWeb tools,
  • knowledge of the specifics of international e-commerce sales,
  • utilizing AI tools for daily work.
