Manager: Data Science

Role Description: We are seeking a Manager: Data Science for a leading Global Fintech Group. This role is responsible for designing and deploying the "brain" behind a massive mobile financial ecosystem. You will manage the full lifecycle of data projects, ensuring high efficiency, availability, and commercial ROI.

Key Requirements:

• Total Experience: 5+ years as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer.

• Applied Data Science: 4–6+ years, including 2+ years of direct ownership of production AI/ML models.

• Domain Knowledge: 3+ years of experience in FinTech, Banking, or the Financial Services sector.

• Education: University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable ML models (segmentation, credit scoring, recommendation engines).

• Manage Data Science projects from initial business requirements to full production deployment.

• Analyze large-scale datasets to optimize business processes and drive commercial success.

• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to interpret AI-driven results for executive decision-making.
