Position overview:

As a member of our Quality Assurance Team within the Software & Quality Support Department, you'll be at the forefront of driving quality initiatives across our organization. Our QA Team is responsible for spearheading all quality assurance efforts within the company, focusing on Process & Compliance, Test Tools Development, and Test Environments and Data. With over 1000 specialists including developers, business analysts, and QA experts, your work will have a significant impact on our operations. Your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing QA processes and procedures company-wide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Quality Assurance processes and procedures across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal audit teams to increase process maturity and ensure proper requirements are met.
  • Engage with various stakeholders including QA coordinators, business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise procedure implementations and design control points, providing regular reporting to management.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with BEC quality standards.
  • Develop educational content, guidance, business cases, presentations, and workshops.


Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge and experience in test techniques, test processes, and tools.
  • Proficiency in Agile testing methodologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing quality teams or roles.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops, trainings, and presentations to various management levels.
  • ISTQB certification at least at the foundation level; knowledge of other standards like Tmap is a plus.
  • Experience working with audits or as an auditor is highly desirable.
  • Outgoing and customer-facing approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (both written and spoken).
