Test Manager for AI initiatives

• Banking
• Warsaw/Gdańsk/Gdynia 1 day per week in the office
• B2B up to 150zł/h netto+VAT

Summary: The role of Test Manager focuses on ensuring high-quality testing practices for AI initiatives within the organization. This position aims to enhance software quality through effective test strategies and team coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure testing activities are conducted efficiently and documented according to the latest version of Nordea Test Strategy.
• Coordinate and take responsibility for all QA activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
• Implement frameworks for API tests automation using Postman, Swagger, and Robot Framework.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts.
• Create and maintain test cases.
• Provide Test documentation/evidence.
• Follow Nordea common data model.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of SQL Concepts.
• ISTQB Testing Knowledge.
• Experience in managing software testing projects/activities and resources.
• Proactive communication skills.
• Experience in SAFe and QA in Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (preferably qTest or similar).
• Good English and Polish language.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Selenium.
• Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) concepts.
• Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning.
