Salary: up to 210 PLN/H net + VAT

Summary

This role is focused on architecting and managing the Core Banking Platform, aiming to deliver a robust and efficient banking infrastructure. Collaborating with various stakeholders, joining a specialized architecture team and working closely with Product Management and Release Train Engineers.

Main Responsibilities

• Document required Information Systems and Platform Enabler Capabilities.
• Track relevant IT solution and infrastructure technology developments.
• Identify opportunities to evolve the architecture for enhanced efficiency and capabilities.
• Participate in IT systems and infrastructure designs adhering to governance standards.
• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps for Core Banking Technology.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Release Train Engineers in technology solution delivery.
• Govern architectural principles and best practices to secure high-quality IT solutions.
• Provide assistance on Non-Functional Requirements and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Build effective relationships across the organization to improve IT technology architecture.

Key Requirements

• Proven stakeholder management experience in the IT technology domain.
• Strong banking background, with core banking transformation experience.
• Expertise in IT solution architecture.
• Professional level understanding of IT infrastructure and technical architecture.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Hadoop, Kafka, and integration architectures.
• Experience with Temenos T24/Transact.
• Knowledge of Cloud solutions and Database principles (preferably Oracle).
