Senior UX Researcher

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Researcher starting from May 2025. In this role, the consultant will lead and conduct research that informs the strategy, discovery, design, and development of digital products, playing a crucial role in promoting a product-led culture across the organization.

Description:

• The consultant will lead and conduct research that informs strategy, discovery, design, and development of digital products within one of their agile release trains/product lines.

• The consultant will play a key role in the transition toward a product-led culture across IT and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company, primarily within finance and engineering.

• A key focus area is supporting the development of a unified product landscape across the portfolio by conduct and showcase seamless future (to-be) user journeys, defining governance by design, and continuously ensuring that the art meets both business requirements and user needs within one integrated digital system.

• Figma, Miro, and ADO will be the primary tools to ensure smooth handovers and strong collaboration with the product teams.

• The consultant will support five scrum teams in close collaboration with the clients UX Designer in Malaysia, who specializes in UI design. The teams are based in Poland and Malaysia and typically consist of a Product Owner, Full-stack Software Engineers, a Tester, and an Architect.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research.

• Synthesize complex findings into clear insights.

• Build empathy across cross-functional teams.

• Provide expert recommendations addressing user needs.

• Promote modern UX research and discovery methods.

• Increase awareness of research practices within the ART.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Professional experience in UX Research, ideally in enterprise environments.

• Ability to engage product teams in the research process.

• Experience planning and facilitating workshops.

• Adaptable team player in a corporate environment.

• Background check mandatory before onboarding.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working across the full product lifecycle.

• Confidence in promoting the value of empathy and research.

Other Details:

This role is based in Gentofte, Denmark, where as a the consultant is required to work from the specified location a minimum of two days a week.
