We are looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing Professional to join one of our Sourcing Teams in Copenhagen, where you will play a central role in matching highly skilled freelance consultants with some of the most complex and business-critical initiatives in the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and qualify top freelance IT consultants within the sector.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines within key domains (e.g. data, cloud, risk, regulatory, transformation).
- Translate client needs into precise search strategies and high-quality matches.
- Deliver relevant and well-matched consultant profiles with a strong understanding of both technical and business context.
- Maintain and develop dynamic talent pools and contribute to proactive sourcing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Relationship Engagement, and Back Office to ensure high-quality delivery and strong client outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and ways of working.
Key Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT sourcing or recruitment, preferably within freelance consulting.
- Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple parallel processes.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with senior consultants.
- Ability to balance speed and quality in delivery.
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
