Senior Software Developer (ClojureScript/JavaScript/React)

Summary: This position is for a Senior Software Developer, focusing on the development of drilling-related software and mentoring junior developers. The role supports the organization’s longer-term diversification plans in software development.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor junior developers and assist in their skills development.

• Develop and enhance drilling-related software solutions.

• Collaborate with the software lead to implement software projects.

• Contribute to the technical architecture decisions and coding strategies.

• Support the team in problem-solving and proactive project management.

Must Haves:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in relevant technologies (ClojureScript, Clojure, React).

• Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.

• Proficiency in various development tools and frameworks such as GitLab CICD, Supabase, PostgreSQL.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the oil & gas sector.

• Strong motivation for long-term collaboration.
