Senior Oracle Software Developer (Part-time)

PROJECT DETAILS:

• Workload: part-time (20-25 hours per week)

• Work model: 100% remote

• Seniority: Senior 5+ years of experience
  

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Software Developer to support the maintenance and further development of existing Oracle-based solutions.

This is a part-time assignment of approximately 25 hours per week, with some flexibility regarding the start date, end date, and weekly allocation.

The role combines software development, troubleshooting, technical ownership, and direct cooperation with internal stakeholders. You will work in a production environment and contribute to stable, high-quality Oracle-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and further develop existing Oracle-based solutions

• Develop and troubleshoot solutions using PL/SQL and Pro*C/C in a production environment

• Work directly with internal customers and stakeholders to clarify, translate, and refine requirements into technical solutions

• Take technical ownership of selected application components

• Support operational tasks in cooperation with internal teams

• Analyse incidents, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes

• Contribute to the stability and continuous improvement of business-critical applications
  

Requirements

• Strong, well-documented experience with PL/SQL

• Hands-on experience with Pro*C/C in a production environment

• Solid understanding of Oracle Database from a developer perspective

• Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server as an application platform

• Experience working with Linux/RHEL at the user level

• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in direct technical dialogue with customers and stakeholders

• Fluent English
