Introduction & Summary

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior IT Analyst to join our team, based in Poland. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in complex IT environments and hold master-level skills in requirements management. This role is critical for translating business needs into structured and testable requirements, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams within the financial services sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end requirements management in complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements.

• Collaborate closely with business, IT, architects and development teams.

• Support solution design by understanding systems, data flows and integrations.

• Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, enabling alignment and informed decisions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working and analysis practices.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior‑level IT Analyst in complex IT environments.

• Track record of independently driving requirements management in initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and systems.

• Master‑level skills in requirements management, including elicitation, documentation, validation and lifecycle management.

• Experience working in large‑scale, regulated organizations (e.g. finance, banking, risk, credit domains) is strongly preferred.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements suitable for development and testing teams.

• Experience documenting and explaining data lineage, data models, and system interactions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Confident use of Requirements Management Standards and Frameworks, and ability to adapt them pragmatically to context.

• Excellent ability to communicate complex topics clearly and simply to a wide range of stakeholders (business, IT, vendors).

• Ability to facilitate discussions, drive consensus and enable decision‑making without formal authority.

• Experience working in agile environments (e.g. SAFe).

• Proactive mindset, strong ownership and alignment with company values.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services / banking / risk / credit domains.

• Knowledge of structured analysis techniques (e.g. BPMN, UML, data modeling).
