Overview:

As a Senior IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various applications, primarily based on Linux. You will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our Atlassian stack and CI/CD solutions, implementing automation scripts, and enhancing Jira functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage back-end operations for Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Bamboo.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for installations, upgrades, staging, backups, and restores using Ansible.
• Troubleshoot and optimize CI/CD workflows with Bitbucket/Github, Bamboo/Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, and Octopus.
• Ensure optimal performance, monitoring, and security of Linux systems.
• Develop automation scripts using Ansible for efficient system provisioning and configuration.
• Use Adaptavist ScriptRunner for Jira to automate workflows and extend functionalities.

Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience as an IT Administrator managing and supporting three-layer applications.
• Expert-level administration skills, preferably with RedHat.
• Proficiency in Docker, including creating, deploying, and managing containers on the OpenShift platform.
• Strong skills in Bash scripting and automation tools like Ansible.
• Knowledge in debugging CI/CD processes using Bitbucket or GitHub and Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL. Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and MS SQL is a plus.
• Experience managing Apache and Tomcat.
• Familiarity with Java or Groovy for scripting purposes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Language: Fluency in English and Polish.
