Introduction & Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to proactively drive the vision and creation of IT architecture in alignment with business and IT strategy. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of architecture domains such as Business, Information, System, or Technical Architecture, and IT Security, ensuring consensus among stakeholders and adherence to organizational standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver on quality and timeliness while executing agreed objectives.

• Guide, implement and govern architectural principles and best practices.

• Communicate complex concepts clearly to promote understanding.

• Build effective relationships with architects and stakeholders to improve architecture across multiple areas.

• Guide stakeholders in resolving architectural issues to support implementation goals.

• Mentor colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and improve staff effectiveness.

• Drive strategic discussions for evolving architecture to enhance business capabilities.

• Analyze stakeholder requirements and maintain oversight of current applications and IT infrastructure.

Key Requirements

• Microsoft Azure certified (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) or equivalent experience.

• Experience in design/setup of enterprise applications on Azure AKS.

• Experience in design/setup of enterprise database on Azure Postgres.

• Experience with Kafka for application integrations on Azure.

• Superior level business knowledge.

• Superior level in conceptual thinking.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cloud-based technologies beyond Azure.

• Knowledge of industry trends in architecture.

• Ability to work across multiple teams and domains.
