Remote work: Hybrid model (3 days in the office)
Location: Client’s office in Warsaw Financial Centre, Emilii Plater 53
Project language: English (required)/Polish

Details: The team delivers integrations to third-party solution within the pension and maintain and develop its own pension systems on the mainframe. The team consists of software engineers of high seniority, a BA and a team architect. We are looking for 3 developers to join the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing well-designed, testable, efficient code to support varied and complex IT solutions
- Maintaining and improving existing solutions
- Providing strong technical expertise and collaborating with other IT specialists to rapidly develop and deliver solutions that meet changing business needs
- Unit testing
- Preparing technical and procedural documentation required for software
- Migrating existing web service solution into new Openshift platform (REST services)
- Event streaming to new BI platform
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have
- 5+ years of experience as a Mainframe developer
- Experienced in COBOL
- Experience with RPG, PL/1, CICS, DB2, JCL
Nice to have
- IDz/RDz, Erwin, Git/BitBucket
- Jira
- REST API
- Java
- Interest in learning Cloud in the future
- Previous experience in the financial/banking sector
