Senior Business Analyst
Summary
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading and conducting business and digital product requirement definition and analysis activities within digital transformation initiatives. This role is essential for aligning business objectives with digital solutions, ultimately enhancing customer experiences across various channels.
Main Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive user journey maps, personas, and user stories to align business needs with system functionalities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and define business requirements.
Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) activities, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhanced customer experience.
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Processes and Policies Manuals, and business rules.
Engage in cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to understand current business processes and design future-state solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system and application development.
Design and implement process flows and workflows using standard tools like ARIS.
Provide expertise in the design and development of digital solutions by supporting use cases, prototyping, and wireframes across different channels: web, mobile, chatbot, IVR, Social Media.
Utilize Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate the user interface and user experience.
Develop business reports, dashboards, and data visualization to support decision-making.
Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments, presenting clear solutions to overcome obstacles.
Facilitate change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies within the organization.
Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones.
Lead preparation and ensure successful client's UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews to ensure business requirements are met.
Key Requirements:
10-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
3-5 years of working on digital transformation or similar projects.
Strong skills in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Proficient in ARIS for process mapping and requirements analysis.
Experience with Figma or similar UX/UI design tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt).
Experience in digital transformation within an enterprise-scale organization.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
