Summary:

The role focuses on enhancing data processes and tools within a logistics company that specializes in e-commerce deliveries. The primary goal is to streamline data governance and analytics capabilities to support efficient last-mile delivery solutions.

Responsibilies:

• Set up, document, and propagate new processes including Data Governance.

• Test various tools and propose new ones.

• Build internal reports to monitor data processes.

• Provide recommendations for internal tools development.

• Monitor data trends to identify new use cases.

Must have:

• Experience cooperating at leadership/management levels in data projects.

• Proficiency in data modeling, specifically Kimball methodology.

• Experience in developing large-scale data pipelines (in terabytes).

• Familiarity with data governance concepts.

• Expert knowledge of Python, Spark, Azure, dbt, and Databricks.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Unity Catalog.
