We are looking for an experienced consultant, who will support the Microsoft System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) environment for our Client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating the environment and implementing customer requirements in the tool.
• Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the SCOM infrastructure.
• Monitoring system performance and being proactive in troubleshooting.
• Managing tickets and problem-solving (agent, management pack, performance).
• Assisting with software installations and migration services.
• Developing and coordinating custom management packs.
• Being responsible for documentation and quality assurance of management packs.

MUST HAVE:

• Fluent in German and English (at least B2)
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with SCOM
