PROJECT INFORMATION:

  • Industry: e-commerce/jewellery
  • Location: we’re looking for someone to work hybrid from Warsaw, but 100% remote work is also possible
  • Project language: English
  • Project length: till the end of 2024 (extension possible)
  • Recruitment process: 1-2 technical interviews
  • Business trips: several times a year to Denmark
  • Equipment: BYOD



As a SAP Cutover Manager:

As a SAP Cutover Manager, you will play a central business role and will lead and drive cutover activities while working with a technical Cutover Manager, Change Team, Senior Management and other stakeholders.

 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience in handling SAP cutover large scale projects (min. 5 years of experience).
  • Familiarity with the areas of retail, supply chain, manufacturing, finance.
  • Excellent customer interfacing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare the plan and execute cutover activities.
  • Very good coordination and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Driven personality, sense of confidence.


NICE TO HAVE:

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana.
  • Experience with Jira.



RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Develop and execute cutover activities, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
  • Provide business process guidance on SAP requirements.
  • Provide expertise to manage/coordinate cutover activities.
  • Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
  • Provide Cutover status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and build/test mitigation plans including business process workarounds.
  • Educate and train on the cutover when needed.
  • Develop the business risk mitigation, blackout & recovery, and the detailed Cutover strategy, approach, & plan for the region.
