PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an SAP Cloud Developer to join the HR IT department. He will be involved in supporting both fixes and enhancements to existing solutions as well as developing new applications and extensions with agile teams.
The main platform on which the work takes place is the SAP BTP Platform. The stack we work in is mainly SAP UI5 (front-end). The middle layer for our applications is mainly developed using SAP’s CAP Node framework. Besides, some of our older middle-layer applications are developed using Java.
We are a team of curios and innovative people, and we are always looking into what new tools we can benefit from using, therefore you should be eager to dive into new tools like Fiori Elements, SAP Build and Kyma.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing new applications and extensions in the Cloud setup.
- Supporting, optimizing and providing bug fixes and enhancements of existing applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience with Cloud, and ability to develop applications in the cloud set-up.
- Leading previous experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Advanced knowledge of CSS styling.
- In-depth understanding and experience with using SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
- Previous experience with SAP UI5.
- Fluent English skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Previous work with middle-layer applications or some knowledge of a middle-layer area (especially in the SAP's CAP Node component).
- Java or Node.js knowledge is a strong plus, as well as familiarity with Golang (Go).
- Experience working with microservices and API development.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of BTP Workflow Management i Business Rules.
