Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Release Manager to help develop a project in which Biztalk will be replaced by IBM ACE.

Due to a handover from India and Mexico, the manager has to work from 11:00 to 19:00 CEST.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment request review through JIRA and Quality check in the repository (OBS No technical code review should be done by the resource.)
• Review technical documentation to check if it is completed to an approved level.
• Manage releases in JIRA and create change requests in the ITSM tool (ServiceNow).
• Provide deployment approval or rejections.
• Support structured communication DEV, CINTO and Change Management regarding releases.
• Facilitate QA – Monitor and create transparency of FoF and Rollback, including facilitating preventive actions (Request changes to development guidelines or updates to standard change template)

Requirements:

• Technical background
• Structured approach to Quality Assurance
• Secure Development life cycle knowledge
• Experience working with Tools such as AzureDevOps, Observability, SonarQube
• Experience with Release Management and QA
• ServiceNow and JIRA experience is an advantage but not a must
• If the consultant has IBM ACE experience is a big plus
