Responsibilities:
- Data acquisition to curation of data for advanced analytics and data science. We are cloud native and we work primarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS), everything as code and with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps Practices native to AWS.
- Evangelizing the opportunity to apply data and advanced analytics, initiating analytical initiatives and supporting data science users of our platform.
- Building and operating several data, software and analytics products on AWS to support our vision; #bringdatatolife.
- Developing and retaining the best talent in Poland who is willing to be part of M&A, Global IT
- You will take care of recruitment, onboarding and continuous development and growth of the people who become part of this ambitious agenda.
Requirements:
- Experience as a project manager with 3-4 years of experience and some technical understanding.
- MSc or similar graduate degree in computer science, engineering
- Exerience in agile and scrum principles in organisations that have driven the adoption of cloud.
- Experience in being part of native adoption of cloud, DevOps practices, cloud engineering and software development.
- Maybe you have worked for some years as a scrum master or product owner and would like to test your skills as a people leader.
- You are very nice to be around, gets the job done, you understand the importance of securing a safe and sound environment driving high performing teams with a nice and relaxed yet productive atmosphere in a highly diverse organisation.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
