Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with extensive expertise within post-trade products and services across private clients, corporate clients, and financial institutions. Strong background in financial services operations, regulatory compliance, and business transformation initiatives, with the ability to bridge complex business requirements and technology-driven solutions.

About the role
The role involves leading the requirements work, but with a clear focus on enabling delivery by ensuring that business requirements are written in a well structured manner, actionable, aligned with system capabilities, and implemented in a structured and efficient way. Highly structured and analytical professional with strong capability to manage and interpret large and complex datasets, identify operational inefficiencies, support regulatory initiatives, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Experience working in complex stakeholder environments involving business and IT teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
