Producer/Project Manager with marketing experience

In addition to the core responsibilities, this role is could be expected to take on broader ownership at the intersection of Brand and Marketing. This includes closer partnership with Marketing and GTM (Go To Market) teams to support campaign planning, execution, and cross‑channel delivery. Experience with marketing campaign workflows, GTM processes, and stakeholder orchestration across Brand, Marketing, and channel teams is highly valued, as is the ability to translate strategy into clear briefs, milestones, and executable plans.Start date: AsapContract length: 18Location: On-site in Stockholm 2-3 days a weekRole OverviewAs a Producer in the Creative team, you bring the structure and passion that guides a team to deliver successful projects, along with our partners. You love supporting the creative process proactively and have the ability to drive multiple projects at the same time.Producers are responsible for organizing and tracking projects end-to-end. We expect that you have great attention to detail and a proven track record of following through on tasks and deliveries. Your day-to-day will be supporting the team in delivering projects against budget, timing and expectations. You are thorough, organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once. Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing, tracking and delivering projects end-to-end

• Draft and process contracts as needed for new partners & contractor

• Track project related budgets with assigned Leads

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment towards the end goal

• Production of various types of projects simultaneously

• Demonstrated team player who thrives in a collaborative setting

• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment and/or challenging dynamics

• Support Senior and/or Lead Producers on key studio projects as needed

• Willing to go ‘the extra mile’ for the team

• Act as a ‘brand guardian’ for the company, with respect to educating around and ensuring brand guidelines and assets are properly understood and followed in all projects.

  Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years previous industry experience as a Producer, Production Manager, or equivalent

• Competent scheduling, financial / budgeting and production abilities

• Track record of shipped projects from start to finish

• Highly organized with excellent project management skills

• Attention to detail and proven track record of following through

• Skilled communicator, especially as support in challenging discussions and negotiations to get to desirable agreements / outcomes

• Great written and verbal communication in English [fluent]

• Knowledge of MS Suite, Slack, ClickUp and Microsoft services (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
