Portfolio Manager with financial experience
emagine are currently looking for a consultant (midlevel) to support the client in portfolio management, large-scale transformations, and the establishment or maturation of PMO/TMO functions.
Main Responsibilities
Provide oversight for large-scale transformation initiatives.
Establish and enhance PMO/TMO functions.
Support executive decision-making with robust portfolio insights.
Implement governance frameworks tailored to organizational needs.
Utilize digital tools to facilitate execution and reporting.
Ensure transparency in portfolio management processes.
Translate governance needs into effective frameworks and processes.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in portfolio management within complex organizations (3-5 years).
Expertise in establishing or strengthening PMO/TMO functions.
Familiarity with regulated environments such as banking, pension or financial services.
Ability to apply pragmatic approaches to governance and portfolio needs.
Capability to utilize portfolio or delivery tools (tool agnostic mindset).
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with digital tools like Jira or similar.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
