PROJECT INFORMATION: 

Join the newly built team!

Work together with the operations team responsible for the operations, incident handling development/maintenance of the legacy platforms and more. The role will focus on the Microsoft BI stack but you will also work closely with the SAS team and other teams supporting the legacy platforms.

The operations team is in charge of operational support and maintenance of a wide portfolio of solutions and applications, which are owned by respective business units but collectively operated and managed together with the data/BI platforms.

The new platform is currently being implemented, so for now the team is mainly working on support and maintenance, while further down the project the tasks will expand and the work will focus closer on the migration and development side, with complex solutions, cloud technologies (Azure) and DataBricks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling DevOps, maintenance and development on BI solutions and data platforms.
• Working with the new data platform team on the transition, migration of services to the new platform and sunsetting legacy solutions.
• Being responsible for operations, incident handling and development/maintenance of the legacy platforms.
• Working closely with stakeholders and business owners of individual solutions.

MUST HAVE: 

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Experience with T- SQL and SQL
• Very good written and spoken communication in English.
• Proactively seeking out knowledge.

NICE TO HAVE: 

• Experience with SAS SQL programming.
• Experience with Batch Procession and data pipelines
• Experience with deployment and incident handling.
• Experience with Power BI, SSIS and SSAS
• Experience with Azure Databricks
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse
