We’re currently looking for a Junior Project Specialists / Coordinator (Migration Projects) to support key migration initiatives and help drive successful project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll play a central part in keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned:

• Plan and coordinate assigned tasks to ensure smooth and timely deployments

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively mitigate issues

• Track and validate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Support and actively participate in project meetings

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication

• Manage tasks and workflows using JIRA

What We’re Looking For

• Initial experience in project coordination or supporting project delivery

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders

• Fluent English (written & spoken)

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with JIRA

• Exposure to migration or transformation projects

• Solution-oriented mindset with strong focus on achieving goals
