IT Support - Apple environment
We are currently looking for an IT Support Consultant to join a modern, cloud-native environment with a strong focus on Apple devices, identity management, and SaaS tooling.
This is a hands-on role where you are expected to hit the ground running and support daily operations in a fast-moving organization.

Location. On-site Stockholm
About the role
You will be part of the IT function, working closely with employees across the organization to ensure a seamless and secure digital workplace. The environment is Mac-first, fully cloud-based, and relies heavily on identity-driven access and SaaS integrations.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support to end users (primarily macOS)
Manage and troubleshoot device issues in Kandji or Jamf Pro
Handle identity and access-related issues in Okta
Troubleshoot SSO and SCIM provisioning issues across the SaaS stack
Support user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, access changes)
Administer and support business-critical SaaS tools (e.g. collaboration and productivity platforms)
Work proactively to improve processes, automation, and user experience
What we are looking for
Experience working in a Mac-based environment
Strong hands-on experience with Kandji and/or Jamf
Solid experience with Okta, including SSO and SCIM
Experience supporting a SaaS-heavy environment
Ability to troubleshoot independently and take ownership of issues
Nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and/or Google Workspace
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Scripting or automation experience
