IT Project Support

B2B, 110 pln/h + VAT
Hybrid: 3 days a week: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Łódź

The IT Project Support will play a pivotal role in supporting project management activities and enhancing user adoption of recovery systems. This position requires a candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills and fluency in English, alongside proficiency in Excel and presentation delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in daily task management and project meetings.

• Provide guidance on the Recovery Tenant tool and assist users with account setup.

• Ensure effective user adoption and facilitate training for recovery systems.

• Maintain user databases and implement tracking systems.

• Handle reporting and escalations as necessary.
