IT Project Manager

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Industry: banking

Location: Gdańsk (hybrid model, 1 x week in office)

Remuneration: 150 pln/h +VAT

Type of assignment: B2B

The main function of the IT Project Manager role is to oversee and manage the end-to-end release management process for projects within the Information Factory train and Data Uplift program, ensuring seamless coordination among teams and adherence to established guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee the entire release management process.
• Coordinate with RTE, Scrum Masters, and Developers to plan and execute releases.
• Develop and implement release schedules based on Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Follow the release management process according to guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-6 years of experience in Change and Release Management.
• Experience with ticketing tools like BMC Helix or BMC Remedy.
• Strong communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience working in a banking or financial services context.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
