You will join the IT End-User Services Tribe within the IT internal department of our client. 

The IT End-User Services Tribe is covering the following services and products:
  • Global support: both remotely and on the field
  • Devices: laptops, mobile phones and operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)
  • IT office services: network, video-conferencing, training rooms, boardrooms, printers
  • Collaboration solutions: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365 suite, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, etc.
  • ServiceNow platform: our Single Point of Contact for employees to reach out to several departments (People, IT, Workplace, Procurement)
  • A key mission of The IT End-User Services Tribe is to facilitate the adoption and usage of our products and services through impactful communications, internal marketing campaigns and appealing content.

What you can expect in your daily tasks:
  • Communication: end-to-end management of communications (exclusively in English) for Internal IT and the End-user Services Tribe on various media (email, Slack, digital signage, video etc.)
  • Working hand to hand with many stakeholders: other squads in the EUS Tribe, other IIT departments and Internal Communication and supporting our Internal IT VP for transversal communications
  • Change Management: design and execute change management plans for Internal IT projects impacting Criteo end-users
  • Content manager: develop and maintain our EUS content (such as IT training, Knowledge Base and one-pagers) to make it exciting, straightforward and relevant
  • Events facilitators: Prepare, coordinate and organize our monthly IT All Hands in coordination with the VP of Internal IT and the Tribe leaders

The ideal person to join our team:
  • Has a Master's degree with at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar position
  • Is the ability to create clear and impactful content with proven skills on standard creative tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Has a successful experience in an IT department or in digital / IT communications with a clear understanding of IT end-user services allowing to seamlessly promote and facilitate the adoption of IT products and services
  • Has the successful experience to prepare and animate dynamic meetings or pieces of training
  • Has an excellent level of English (written and spoken) 
  • Has a natural customer orientation, always looking to bridge the gap between user’s needs and solutions (user-centricity)
