Summary: This role primarily focuses on addressing automation requests through effective communication with stakeholders while translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. The IT Analyst serves as a crucial intermediary between business requesters and technical teams, enhancing operational efficiency within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle automation requests and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
• Liaise with stakeholders to translate their business needs into technical requirements.
• Conduct requirements engineering effectively by asking the right questions.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
• Bridge the gap between requesters and the technical implementation team.
• Apply knowledge of IT infrastructure and automated solutions in meetings.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and, preferably, the SAFe framework.
• Work with Jira software if experienced.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in an Analyst role.
• Proven experience in requirements engineering.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Foundational understanding of IT Infrastructure concepts.
• Knowledge of development of automated solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with the SAFe framework.
• Experience using Jira software.
