Infrastructure Operations Specialist

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Location: Warsaw - hybrid (once per week in the office)
• Rate: up to 155 pln/h net + VAT, B2B
• Project languages: English, Polish

Summary:

The main function of the Infrastructure Operations Specialist is to engineer and manage core infrastructure components, particularly Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, while embracing automation for efficient service maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Engineer and operate core infrastructure components with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Provide support for PKI and other cloud identity providers, including DNS and DHCP.
• Develop, document, and maintain both manual and automated infrastructure services.
• Ensure operational stability, security, and compliance of infrastructure services.
• Participate in midrange server infrastructure activities and core service initiatives.
• Foster integration across technical teams.

Key Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and experience in Active Directory enterprise infrastructure engineering and operations.
• Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, and proficiency with Infoblox.
• Proficient in PowerShell and automation platforms.
• Expertise in Azure AD and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with ITIL and the SAFe agile framework.
• Experience in IT Service Management in large environments.
