We're looking for a Dynatrace Expert/Support Consultant. The person who joins the team will be primarily responsible for monitoring applications and infrastructure environments.

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Industry: Insurance

Remote work: 100% remote

Project language: English (required), Polish

Project length: Long-term cooperation (24 months + extensions)

Remuneration: open, but depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Dynatrace (expected 3-5 years confirmed level).
Scripting on Dynatrace.
Good level of code with GitHub skills on ELK.
Fluent spoken and written English.

MAIN TASKS:

Providing Dynatrace onboarding activities.
Dynatrace platform administrator support in Tool Configuration.
Performing operational activities on the Dynatrace monitoring platform.
Contribute to the assessment of monitoring needs.
Support end users in using Dynatrace.
Develop training materials on application monitoring.
Configuration scripts.
Synthetic surveillance scripts.
Monitoring scripts.
Low-level dashboards.
Project documents.
