Job Description:

We are looking for 2 skilled and motivated DevOps Engineers (Senior & Junior)  to join our DevOps and Platform Team, a central area unit responsible for building and maintaining over 40 applications thought their lifecycle. Creating a great development experience by enhancing the toolset of auxiliary helper applications, observability and workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex challenges that span across many disciplines from infrastructure through database optimization to code compilation debugging.

As a member of our DevOps Team you will work closely with developers, architects and security specialists to implement, support and ensure stability of our on-premise and cloud platforms on Azure. You will also contribute to the automation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and tooling.

The role also involves active participation in Monitoring and Observability both from the implementation perspective and from the hands-on experience in troubleshooting problems found.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and platform services on Azure Cloud.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows, environment consistency, and system reliability.

• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).

• Contribute to the development of internal tools and automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

• Support platform governance, security, and compliance initiatives.

• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as part of the SRE responsibilities.

• Document infrastructure and operational processes clearly and concisely.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role.

• Experience with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

• Familiarity with Java and/or .NET application environments (maven, nuget).

• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Azure Application Insights).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GitOps practices and tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).

• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates).

• Exposure to platform engineering concepts such as internal developer platforms (IDPs).

• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments and on-premise.
