Development Engineer - IBM BAW/BPM

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience and strong proficiency across all areas of IBM BAW/BPM and best practices standards to provide insights on problems across functional areas
• Experience in designing processes, Process Improvement, Administration, Configuration, Implementation, testing and Support of BPM.
• Experience in IBM BPM Development including UI Design coach view
• Strong proficiency in using IBM BPM Rest Service web service
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL Server Using oracle complex functions writing complex queries
• Experience in performance optimization both on the front and backend side
• Excellent programming skills using SOAP i REST API, high-level languages Java JavaScript etc.
• General Systems Analyst experience
• DevOps & DevSecOps experience
• Proactive, self-driven and highly enthusiastic
• Experience in Agile methodology and Scrum/Kanban frameworks (in our case based on JIRA and Confluence)
• Experience with system maintenance in production support organization
• Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to identify business risks and compliance issues and design proactive solutions
• Candidate has a strong understanding of the Software Delivery lifecycle,
• Good understanding of Continuous Integration \ Continuous Delivery model & best practices Key Accountabilities
• Analyse, design, program, test, and deploy new user stories and features with high quality (security, reliability, operations) to production
• Tends to Associate Application Engineers by providing learning tasks as well as work-related tasks and helps them continue to grow
• Achieves team commitments (and influences others to do the same) by using informal leadership & highly developed communication skills
• Has an oversight on design decisions and guides team to achieve key results for products assigned to them
• Remediates issues using engineering principles and creates proactive design solutions for potential failures
• Documents detail level design specifications and code changes
• Proactively identify and manage the risks, with a proposed plan of remediation
• Provide Mentoring and guidance
• Participate in Audits
• Interact with the customers and stakeholders regularly
• Must be able to provide expert consultancy to customers
• Compliance with Group policies and standards
