Summary: This role is essential for overseeing the migration of the German entity's operations into France, focusing on effective project delivery and stakeholder communication throughout this transitional phase.

Responsibilities:

• Owns end-to-end delivery of projects or workstreams, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, in scope, and to quality standards.

• Coordinates across business, technology, and third-party teams to maintain delivery alignment.

• Removes blockers and manages risks/issues to maintain delivery momentum.

• Drives Agile delivery practices (sprints, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

• Acts as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

• Ensures governance, reporting, and documentation are maintained throughout delivery.

• Focuses on delivery efficiency, continuous improvement, and value realization.

• Supports prioritization and sequencing of work with Product Owners and senior stakeholders.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience in project management and delivery within complex environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience within financial services or regulated environments.
