Dataiku Administrator RFP - 251842

Role Overview: Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Dataiku DSS platform to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and monitor Dataiku DSS.
• User & Access Control: Manage users, groups, and permissions to ensure secure access.
• System Stability: Perform backups, disaster recovery planning, and environment monitoring.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve user tickets within SLA timelines and conduct root cause analysis.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure efficient job scheduling, workflow execution, and resource utilization.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain operational documentation, enforce governance, and ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs.

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Dataiku DSS administration.
• Experience with MS Azure, Linux/Unix systems, and ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL for troubleshooting and automation.
• 6–10+ years of IT experience with enterprise-scale platforms.
