Data Business Analyst

Project Information:

1. Industry: Banking
2. Location: Gdańsk ( 2 day per week in office)
3. Rate: up to 155 zł/h netto + VAT (B2B)
4. Summary: The Senior Data Business Analyst will serve as a crucial liaison between the business and IT development teams, primarily focusing on advanced data analysis to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct advanced data analysis using SQL.
2. Manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.
3. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Understand business terminology to effectively bridge gaps between business needs and IT.
5. Utilize a functional background in Credit Risk (if applicable).
6. Independently convert business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs.
7. Support unit testing (UT), system testing (ST), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
8. Create functional test cases and validate results.
9. Exhibit strong communication skills and team collaboration in an agile environment.
10. Leverage a minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience and 3-4 years of analytical experience.

Key Requirements:

1. Proficient in SQL data analysis
