Summary: This role is centered on leveraging extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to build, customize, and manage CRM solutions, significantly enhancing business processes and customer engagement.
Core duties include:
- Develop and customize CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Manage Azure CI/CD pipelines for deployment and integration processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation detailing customizations, data migrations, and integrations.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong development experience in .NET, JavaScript, C#, and SQL Server.
- Proven skills in Dynamics SDK, plugin development, and workflows.
- Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 using custom and out-of-the-box features.
- Ability to build and configure forms, views, and dashboards.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 REST/ODATA and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic understanding of ETL tools like SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., SharePoint, Office 365).
- Prior experience in the financial services sector.
The position involves collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and focuses on CRM enhancements and integrations. Certification pursuits in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are encouraged.
