About the role

We are looking for a Content Manager / Editor to support the creation, management and optimization of digital content across platforms. This role combines hands-on content execution, stakeholder collaboration and continuous process improvement, ensuring a high-quality user experience and efficient content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, review and publish digital content in line with business and brand guidelines.

• Manage content updates and support ongoing maintenance across digital platforms.

• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams, translating content and UX requirements into clear briefs.

• Work closely with market stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss changes and align on solutions.

• Ensure content consistency, usability and alignment with UX presentation standards.

• Identify opportunities to improve content processes, workflows and governance.

• Contribute to best practices that increase efficiency and support scalable content operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Content Management, Content Editing or similar roles.

• Good understanding of UX principles and digital presentation layers.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.

• Process improvement mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Experience with CMS platforms is an advantage.
