Duration: Until 31.12.2026 (+ extension option)
Workload: Full-time (minimum 4 days per week onsite)
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Change Management Consultant to support an ongoing program within the Integrated Planning space. You will work closely with our internal Change Manager and play a key role in driving and supporting change initiatives across the program.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of change management activities across the program
Collaborate with the internal Change Manager to ensure alignment of change initiatives
Apply structured change management methodologies, need to be ADKAR
Assist in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training activities
Contribute to readiness assessments and adoption tracking
Support the development of communication materials and change artifacts
Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure successful change adoption
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in change management within large programs or transformations
Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change management frameworks
Solid understanding of change processes, stakeholder management, and communication strategies
Experience working in complex organizational environments
Strong experience with the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
Mid-level consultant with hands-on experience (not necessarily senior)
Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience from similar transformation or planning-related programs is a plus
Other Details:
The role requires onsite presence in Copenhagen at least 4 days per week. Immediate start is preferred.
