Azure Engineer

Rate: up to 200 pln/h net + VAT, B2B

Location: Warsaw (1-2 times a week in the office)

Summary: This role focuses on developing and enhancing Client's cloud infrastructure, contributing to the application of cloud technologies, and ensuring performance optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of technology for the Client’s cloud infrastructure, including private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.

• Help build the cloud foundation at Client and support application uplift to the cloud.

• Monitor and analyse key metrics within the cloud environment to identify areas of improvement.

• Develop automated strategies for handling incidents within technologies.

• Collaborate with the Cloud Centre of Excellence to ensure solutions align with business goals.

• Analyse technical requirements for cost optimization, scalability, and performance.

Key Requirements:

• Solid experience with large-scale distributed cloud platforms (preferably Azure).

• Senior level experience with Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform.

• Strong scripting with automation languages (Python/JavaScript/Go).

• Exposure to Container Platforms (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Configuration Management and Deployment Tools.

• Knowledge in networking security principles and services.

• Experience integrating systems/services through REST and OPEN APIs.

• Understanding of Cyber Security mechanisms.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices like monitoring and automation.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Preferable experience in the financial industry or similar sectors.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of best security practices in cloud environments.

• Background in financial services technology.
