Automation Tester

Location: Warsaw (hybrid)

Remuneration: up to 160 PLN/h

Duration of assignment: long term

Summary: The primary objective of this role is to ensure quality assurance for automated testing within a strategic product area, specifically targeting both frontend and backend testing, and supporting agile methodologies within a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

* Leading and executing automated frontend testing (main activity)

* Supporting API testing activities

* Cooperating closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand requirements and define test coverage

* Supporting manual testing, if needed (~30%)

* Working effectively in a Scrum team and contributing to agile ceremonies

Key Requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience (minimum 3 years) with test automation tools: Playwright, Cucumber, Cypress, TypeScript, Java

* Working with JIRA and qTest, GIT knowledge, or any other version control system knowledge, preferably Bitbucket

* Solid understanding of frontend testing

* API testing experience

* Proven experience in agile/Scrum teams, and test automation

* Good communication skills for collaboration across roles (devs, analysts, PO)

* Proactive attitude and ownership of assigned tasks

* Willingness to be present in the office at least twice a week

Nice to Have:

* Previous experience in the Banking industry

* Familiarity with additional test automation tools
