RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation/ processing of tickets in JIRA (created directly by users or sent by email/Teams)
- Ticket qualification (anomaly, evolution, task) and ticket prioritization (blocking/ major/ minor)
- Implementation of tracking labels.
- Analysis of the ticket to reproduce it in pre-production environment alone or with the help of developers.
- Daily organization of the activity with the developers (priority management, shift of tickets taking into account the peaks of activity of the countries
- Pre-production patch testing.
- Preparation of releases/ hotfix.
- Maintain HQ or country dashboards.
- Reporting and updating of KPIs (number of tickets opened, vehicles impacted)
- Communication with countries to provide regular feedback through formal points
