RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creation/ processing of tickets in JIRA (created directly by users or sent by email/Teams)
  • Ticket qualification (anomaly, evolution, task) and ticket prioritization (blocking/ major/ minor)
  • Implementation of tracking labels.
  • Analysis of the ticket to reproduce it in pre-production environment alone or with the help of developers.
  • Daily organization of the activity with the developers (priority management, shift of tickets taking into account the peaks of activity of the countries
  • Pre-production patch testing.
  • Preparation of releases/ hotfix.
  • Maintain HQ or country dashboards.
  • Reporting and updating of KPIs (number of tickets opened, vehicles impacted)
  • Communication with countries to provide regular feedback through formal points
