We're looking for a Senior DevOps to join our tech team at Elympics.

We are not tied to any specific technology and are always in search of new solutions that better meet our expectations. We value someone who is independent, proactive, and enjoys testing new technologies. 

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 16-28k net PLN monthly, depending on your experience. We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. You have the flexibility to work remotely once a week.🌍

Your responsibilities include 👩‍💻👨‍💻

• Focusing on Kubernetes-based platforms, ensuring efficient deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Speeding up the software deployment process through automation and custom tool development.
• Keeping a close eye on the infrastructure to ensure operational continuity.
• Guiding best practices and standards to other teams.
• Experimenting with and implementing innovative tech solutions to enhance our workflows, including test environment creation.

We're Looking for Someone With 👀

• Strong knowledge of DevOps best practices.
• Over 4 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or SysOps role.
• Proficiency with Linux.
• Kubernetes, containerization, and experience with a major cloud service provider (preferably Google Cloud).
• Experience with infrastructure management tools and a strong inclination towards IaC, using tools like Terraform.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL or new Saas solutions.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tool (preferably GitLab CI/CD)
• A strong focus on automating deployments, monitoring, migrations, and cloud solution integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to use technical English documentation effectively.

Nice to Have👌

• Competency in C# for microservices is a big plus.
• Having experience in Rust, Python, or Go would be a great addition.
• Knowledge of Loki, Grafana, Prometheus, or VictoriaMetrics.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud and Kubernetes/Helm.
• Keen interest in and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
