🚀 Now we are looking for a Data Platform Engineer (Team Leader) to join our existing Team at Elitmind. In this role you will take part in innovative projects to implement solutions for our customers using the latest Data & AI technology.

✨ Your daily tasks:

• Delivering modern and innovative projects using latest Data & AI Cloud solutions based mostly on Microsoft Azure stack
• Designing and developing SQL data solutions using SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Building ETL processes using metadata driven frameworks based on SSIS/ADF/Databricks
• Optimizing existing solutions, infrastructure, and customer data architecture in the field of data
• Taking part in translating business requirements into technological solutions.
• Developing your technological knowledge, but also in the field of soft skills.
• Managing a team (3-8 people) based on current employees and new hires depending on requirements
• Taking care of team members’ development
• Planning and managing team allocations (including participation in recruitment and negotiations with the client).

✨ Our requirements are:

• About 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/Coordinator/Manager or similar role
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Platform/Data Warehouse projects
• Experience related to:
• Database administration (SQL Server or Azure SQL) optimization, taking care of performance, problem solving, knowledge of security.
• Database development (preferably SQL and Azure SQL) - building and designing database solutions (queries, stored procedures)
• Data platforms development (SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Databricks or Snowflake) including medallion architecture based on lakehouse concept
• ETL development using ADF, Databricks, SSIS or similar technologies
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Databricks and/or Snowflake and/or Python
• Data Modelling skills
