🚀 We are looking for a Application Domain Lead to join our existing Team at Elitmind.

At the moment, we are looking for a Application Domain Lead to join our Dream-Team and become another ElitManiac. The Ideal candidate has experience in creating and delivering applications, has an exceptionally good understanding of architecture and experience in Low Code, .Net Applications and have ambition to become expert in AI applications. We are looking for a leader that will be driving domain development, be trusted advisor for our customers and take an active role in sales activities.

✨ Perfect candidate for the position of Application Domain Lead (Head of Application) has:

• 3+ years of experience in leading solution architecture practice in web application development and team management
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations
• Experience managing both pre-sales ( offering and solutioning ), managing the capability and being responsible for the delivery.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation
• Knowledge of enterprise architectures and technology trends, with specific focus on the Microsoft ecosystem
• Exceptional collaborative and communication skills
• Working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Open minded, self-driven, eager to learn new technologies and put newly acquired knowledge into practice

✨ Nice to have: 

• Understanding of Azure Infrastructure and Deployment
• Experience within areas of Power Apps, SharePoint, .Net Apps, AI applications
• Experience with API or Rest services integrations
• Experience with AI-based solutions (chatbots, Machine Learning workflows, text analytics of any provider)
