🚀 We are looking for an AI Domain Lead to join our existing Dream-Team at Elitmind.

AI Domain Leader is a role that involves leading and managing a team of AI and ML professionals who design, build, and operate AI solutions for our customers. Perfect candidate typically has a background in data science, AI or data management, as well as experience in leading and managing data teams and projects. AI Domain Lead also needs to have strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as a data-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Gathering current competencies under one domain and recruiting new
• Being trusted advisor for customers in area of advanced Classical + Generative AI solution
• Creating products and services in area of AI like Feature Stores, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services and OpenAI
• Creating standards of delivery including frameworks and best practices for MLOps and AI solutions
• Building input for offers based on customers’ requirements
• Taking care for running projects in terms of staff, requirements, and general delivery
• Taking care for team development in terms of required competencies
• Setting up and developing internal procedures and standards for delivery
• Reporting to Head of Delivery
• Managing a team based on current employees and new hires depending on requirements
• Planning delivery capacity and cooperate with sales department
• Gathering customer requirements and prepare work estimation for offers
• Planning roadmap of domain development and handling realization
• Managing internal Center of Excellence initiatives in application development tribe
• Gathering best practices, frameworks and standards to provide as much reusable components as possible
• Monitoring project pipeline for domain and take actions if required

✨ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in leading solution architecture practice in AI/ML development and team management
• Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/ML are preferred
• Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations
• Experience managing both pre-sales (offering and solutioning), managing the capability and being responsible for the delivery
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation
• Advanced knowledge in Generative AI, ML models, and algorithms
• Experience in cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Google AI Studio)
• Experience in deploying open-source AI models in on-premise setups
• Experience with AI-based solutions (chatbots, Machine Learning workflows, text analytics of any provider)
• Exceptional collaborative and communication skills
• Working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Open mindedness, self-drive, eagerness to learn new technologies and put newly acquired knowledge into practice
